Coordinating conference and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.

Preparing documentation

Preparing quotations, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and client correspondence.

Building client relationships

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Conference and events coordination experience

Demonstrated experience coordinating conferences and events from start to finish.
