Designing and delivering an enterprise-wide program of work focused on implementing Values in Action, Workplace Culture, and Leadership Development initiatives.💡
Providing expert consultation
Providing expert consultation and advice to senior leaders and key stakeholders, delivering best-practice people solutions aligned to University strategy.🌐
Building relationships
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and external providers to ensure programs are relevant and impactful.Key criteria
🎓
Degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in organisational development or related discipline.View

Experience in large organisations
Demonstrated experience in organisational development within complex environments.View
