Supporting the Consumer Feedback Manager in handling complaints, compliments, and inquiries across all facilities.

Formulating responses

Interpreting information to create clear and concise responses for patients and families.

Ensuring quality

Maintaining the quality and appropriateness of all correspondence and responses.

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential.
