You'll be responsible for

Driving continuous improvement initiatives

Leading CI initiatives on live projects, tracking and reporting measurable outcomes, and fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Applying methodologies

Applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to analyse workflows and implement practical solutions that enhance site processes.
💡

Identifying smarter ways of working

Working closely with project management teams, supervisors, and frontline crews to identify smarter ways of working, reduce waste, and embed sustainable improvements.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree in Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process, Manufacturing, or related field.
