Proven track record leading continuous improvement to reduce process losses, boost equipment reliability, and replicate successful solutions across production lines or sites.⚙️
Creating and maintaining equipment standards
Experience creating, maintaining and improving equipment and process standards in partnership with production and maintenance teams.👩🏫
Coaching and mentoring
Able to coach and mentor frontline leaders and equipment owners, lead structured problem solving and root-cause analysis, prioritise fixes from loss analyses, and ensure data used for decisions is accurate.Key criteria
