You'll be responsible for

Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives

Lead end-to-end Continuous Improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes and drive operational excellence.

Coaching stakeholders

Coach stakeholders in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies, including A3 Thinking and Lean Six Sigma.
🛠️

Facilitating workshops

Facilitate process improvement workshops to identify root causes, optimise processes, and unlock efficiency opportunities.

Continuous improvement experience

Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
