Manage all aspects of subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the process.💰
Managing cost and head contract management
Establish management plans that align with contract risks and opportunities, ensuring financial oversight and accountability.📦
Preparing subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
