You'll be responsible for

Collaborating on financial management

Working closely with Project Managers to review budgets, implement financial tools, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Managing contracts

Overseeing subcontractor tendering, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
🛒

Administering project procurement

Preparing and managing subcontractor agreements while ensuring timely submission of progress claims and monitoring payments.

Key criteria

5+ years of contracts administration experience

Experience managing commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
