Issuing Preliminary and Building Contracts within agreed timeframes.

Preparing documents

Preparing the ‘Essential Information’ document based on workflow memos.

Resolving issues

Providing action plans for resolving customer issues and following up with the team.

Experience in administrative support

Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role within time-sensitive environments.
