You'll be responsible for

Leading and administering contractual obligations

Ensuring compliance with project deeds, regulatory requirements, and applicable legislation throughout the project lifecycle.

Developing and maintaining the Contract Management Plan

Creating and implementing strategies for effective contract management and procurement processes.
⚖️

Managing variations, claims, disputes, and adjustment events

Overseeing the approval and escalation processes for any changes or issues that arise during the project.

Degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Commercial Management, Engineering, Law, or Quantity Surveying.
