You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support

Delivering second level technical support to maintenance teams as required, ensuring smooth operations.
📞

Participating in on-call support

Engaging in the on-call after-hours support roster to assist customers during critical times.

Conducting system diagnostics

Completing regular system diagnostics and analysis procedures to provide customer reports and improve systems.

Key criteria

PLC programming experience

Proven experience with PLC programming, especially Siemens S7.

Demonstrated knowledge of SCADA applications like ICONICS and WINCC.
