You'll be responsible for

Managing transactions via PEXA and paper.
Overseeing the entire process of property transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.🏢
Preparing and registering dealings with Land Services SA.
Ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted for property dealings, maintaining legal compliance.📞
Communicating with clients and third parties.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries.Key criteria

Conveyancing experience (1-3 years)
Demonstrated experience managing conveyancing matters from start to finish.View

Proficiency in PEXA and related tools
