Managing litigated and non-litigated CTP and workers’ compensation matters, ensuring all documentation is prepared and filed correctly.📞
Liaising with clients and experts
Engaging with clients, expert witnesses, and other legal representatives to facilitate smooth communication and case progression.📝
Preparing legal documents
Drafting, reviewing, and filing various legal documents, including court documents and settlement agreements.Key criteria
