You'll be responsible for

Preparing and cooking meals

Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with corporate menus, recipes and dietary requirements.

Ensuring meal quality

Deliver meals that are well-presented, appetising and served at the correct temperature.

Maintaining kitchen safety

Follow safe food handling, hygiene and infection control standards.

Key criteria

Commercial cookery certification

Possession of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
