Overseeing service delivery

The coordinator oversees service delivery to families and is responsible for liaising with stakeholders for the service as well as reporting to the Department.

Establishing relationships

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies to ensure a coordinated response to children and families.

Managing referrals

Accepting, allocating, and managing referrals while providing supervision and support to Case Managers and Support Workers.
