Assist the Mining Supervisor with leading a mining crew to deliver production results in a safe and efficient manner.

Conducting inspections

Carry out effective inspection and reporting processes in accordance with relevant site policies and procedures.

Coordinating production

Co-ordinate production operators and equipment to deliver the production schedule in line with the weekly plan.

Key criteria

5+ years in open-cut coal mining

Demonstrated experience operating mining equipment in a coal environment.

Experience managing teams and motivating personnel effectively.
