Leading and supporting the Foster Care Recruitment team
Coaching, supervising, and developing team members to ensure effective recruitment efforts.🔍
Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process
Managing the screening, assessment, training, and approval of foster carers to ensure high-quality placements.🤝
Building strong partnerships with stakeholders
