You'll be responsible for

Delivering holistic foster care case management

Providing comprehensive case management that meets the needs of children and young people in care.

Building and maintaining strong relationships

Creating and nurturing connections with carers, children, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective support.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Supporting and monitoring foster carers

Ensuring that foster carers meet standards and that placements are stable and effective.

Key criteria

📚

Degree in relevant field

Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare, or Community Services is essential.

Demonstrated experience in foster care, OOHC, or child protection casework.
