This job is about leading a dynamic team of ICT Project Managers to deliver impactful initiatives for the City of Gold Coast. The Coordinator Program and Project Management plays a crucial role in driving performance and governance within the ICT Program Management Office. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is key, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for

Overseeing a team of ICT Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of initiatives aligned with City needs.

Optimising resources

Working closely with senior stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges and optimise project resources.

Driving performance

Strengthening governance and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact ICT programs.

Key criteria

📅

5+ years in ICT program management

Proven experience managing ICT programs and portfolios effectively.
