You'll be responsible for

Negotiating contracts
Working closely with local teams to negotiate, draft, and finalize various commercial agreements, including Master Subscription Agreements and Non-disclosure Agreements.💼
Providing strategic legal advice
Advising Go To Market teams on new opportunities and RFPs while managing legal and operational risk.⚖️
Monitoring compliance and disputes
Proactively monitoring regulatory changes and legal risks to ensure compliant business operations and assisting with regional disputes.Key criteria

5+ years of commercial transaction experience
Experience negotiating complex enterprise software agreements.View

2+ years in-house experience
Background with a leading technology company preferred.View
