You'll be responsible for

Assisting in managing statutory and regulatory compliance obligations
Support compliance with the Corporations Act 2001, ASX Listing Rules, and ASIC requirements.🔍
Supporting corporate transactions and legal work
Assist with capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.🤝
Building strong relationships with stakeholders
Engage with executives, board members, and external advisers to provide legal guidance.Key criteria

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
