Acting for domestic and global clients across various sectors, including technology, fin-tech, health, financial services, and retail.💼
Advising on corporate transactions
Advising on Australian and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Working collaboratively with other practice groups and teams to expand professional networks.Key criteria

4-6 years of post-qualification experience
Demonstrated experience in a distinguished corporate law practice.View
