You'll be responsible for

Providing expert legal advice on planning, environmental, and regulatory approvals for major projects.

Managing land access and stakeholder arrangements

Overseeing land access, property, and stakeholder arrangements for operations and major projects.
🛡️

Advising on regulatory risk and compliance

Offering guidance on regulatory risk, compliance, investigations, and incident response.

Key criteria

⚖️

8+ years' PQE as an Australian-qualified lawyer

Extensive legal experience in Australia is essential.
