Acting for clients
Acting for both public and private sector clients primarily in the infrastructure, real estate, bio-tech, data storage and transport sectors.✍️
Negotiating and drafting documents
Playing a leading role in key aspects of transactions, including negotiating and drafting transaction documents.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Collaborating with other lawyers as part of a multi-disciplinary team and participating in business development activities.What we're looking for

3+ years' post-qualification experience
Experience in Corporate M&A is essential.View fit

Private M&A transaction experience
