Running transactions
Running transactions end-to-end and working closely with founders and commercial stakeholders.👩🏫
Supervising a team
Supervising a small team of talented lawyers and graduates, demonstrating a genuine interest in training and mentoring juniors.Key criteria

5+ years PQE in corporate transactions
