You'll be responsible for

👁️

Conducting covert surveillance

Conduct covert, plain‑clothes surveillance in high‑risk stores and retail precincts to identify recidivist offenders and organised retail crime activity.
⚠️

Maintaining safety protocols

Maintain personal and team safety at all times, adhering to TJX safety protocols and legal guidelines for observation and reporting.
📡

Communicating intelligence

Communicate real‑time intelligence to Police and ORC teams via approved channels to support safe apprehension outside store premises.

Key criteria

Loss prevention experience

Minimum 2 years in loss prevention or security roles.
