This role is crucial for supporting the Head of Credit & Financial Operations and implementing effective processes. You'll be responsible for

Leading and mentoring teams

Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Credit Controller teams including work allocation, coaching, training and performance reviews.

Developing understanding of systems

Develop a strong understanding of our ERP and credit management systems, including Expert and the firms reporting tools.

Ensuring adherence to protocols

Ensure adherence to firm’s collection protocols and escalation procedures to maintain operational integrity.

Knowledge of working capital processes

Demonstrable knowledge of working capital processes to ensure efficient management and collection.

Leadership experience

Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
