Developing and optimising CRM strategies
You will create and enhance CRM, loyalty, and personalisation strategies across all regions, ensuring they resonate with our customers.🚀
Executing CRM campaigns
Owning the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including briefing, segmentation, scheduling, proofing, and deployment is key to your success.🤝
Managing relationships with CRM partners
You will oversee day-to-day relationships with CRM partners and our primary Email Service Provider, Emarsys, to drive performance improvements.Key criteria

3–5+ years in CRM or retention marketing
Experience in fashion or multi-channel retail is preferred.View

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
