Providing administration support
Provide proactive administration support to the Cruise Product Managers across day-to-day operations📬
Managing ZenDesk enquiries
Manage all ZenDesk enquiries from Sales, After Sales and all other internal and external queries, ensuring timely, friendly communication and smooth issue resolution📊
Conducting rate analysis
Conduct regular rate analysis to stay competitive and aligned with market trendsKey criteria

Cruise industry knowledge
12+ months’ experience in retail or wholesale travel preferred.View
