You'll be responsible for

Installing cabling

Performing cabling installation, including jointing, jumpering, and splicing, to ensure reliable connectivity.

Diagnosing faults

Conducting fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).

Providing customer service

Delivering exceptional customer service while working in customers' premises, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

Cabling installation experience

Experience with copper and fibre cabling installation, including jointing and splicing.
