You'll be responsible for

Receiving inbound calls and emails
Receiving in excess of 50 inbound calls and email enquiries from a range of clients including domestic, commercial, builders, etc.📞
Making outbound calls
Proactively making outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.📅
Scheduling appointments
Scheduling appointments for clients and converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities.Key criteria
