Supervising frontline staff
Guiding and mentoring staff to deliver high levels of customer service.â
Ensuring compliance
Monitoring guest behaviour and ensuring adherence to RSA, RCG, and venue conduct standards.Key criteria

Supervisory experience in hospitality
1+ year of supervisory experience in a Club or hospitality environment.View

RSA, RCG, and ARCG certifications
Essential certifications for compliance in venue operations.View
