The Customer Success Coordinator position at Home-in is all about supporting customers through their home-buying journey. You'll be responsible for

Managing work streams

Manage multiple work streams including processing of all necessary tasks across the property purchase journey, such as contract review, exchange, and settlement.

Liaising with partners

Liaise with our lawyer partners and lenders as required to ensure our platform is a comprehensive one-stop shop for customers.

Responding to customer queries

Manage our support inbox and respond to a multitude of customer queries, demonstrating empathy and our commitment to exceptional customer service.
