You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining software

Install, maintain, and repair software, ensuring that pharmacies and clients have the best experience possible with the KIA platform.
📚

Training staff and clients

Train KIA staff on correct installation and support processes while assisting clients and stores in effectively using the software.
🎯

Managing support tickets

Proactively action support tickets to a high standard, meeting KPIs and ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided.
