You'll be responsible for

Supporting customers
Providing assistance to current customers via Phone, Email, and Live Chat to help them maximize their use of Streem’s real-time media intelligence platform.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Working alongside the Account Management team to support day-to-day tasks, including data entry, brief building, and testing new products.📊
Delivering insights
Producing, reviewing, and delivering media insights reports to customers and internal stakeholders using Streem’s proprietary technologies.Key criteria

1-2 years customer support experience
