You'll be responsible for

Installing and configuring racks

Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring optimal setup for operations.
🛠️

Diagnosing and repairing issues

Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including physical replacement of parts to maintain functionality.
⚡

Participating in power and cooling events

Engage in remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power and cooling events.

Key criteria

Computer hardware troubleshooting experience

1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.

1+ years of experience with computer networking fundamentals.

Knowledge of server hardware

Understanding of server components and their functionalities.
