You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting

Acting as the escalation point for all systems and problems, diving deep into Linux server issues.

Installation and configuration

Installing and configuring racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs.

Physical maintenance

Performing physical replacement of server and network device parts and ensuring correct rotation of parts and spares.

Key criteria

Computer hardware troubleshooting experience

1+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware.
