You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting systems and problems

Acting as the escalation point for technical issues, diving deep into Linux server challenges.

Installing and configuring racks

Setting up and configuring racks of hosts according to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Engaging with vendors and contractors

Interacting with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations and maintenance.
