About the job

As a Data Centre Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping the cloud running by troubleshooting and resolving various infrastructure issues. Your work will directly impact the reliability of one of the world's largest information systems, ensuring customers have continuous access to innovation. The Infrastructure Operations team values collaboration and is committed to maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment.

You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues

Addressing server hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems to ensure smooth operations.
⚙️

Maintaining system reliability

Prioritising and resolving trouble tickets efficiently, serving as the escalation point for systems issues.
📞

Meeting on-call requirements

Being available for 24x7 on-call duties during shift rotations to address urgent technical issues.

Computer hardware troubleshooting experience

Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues.
