You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting infrastructure issues

Resolving a range of infrastructure issues including server hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems to maintain system reliability.

Maintaining system reliability

Prioritising and resolving trouble tickets efficiently, serving as the escalation point for all systems issues.

Physical data center activities

Engaging in capacity planning, rack deployment, cabling, and hardware/software troubleshooting to support data center operations.

Computer hardware troubleshooting experience

Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues.
