You'll be responsible for

Supporting data center infrastructure

Training in supporting data center infrastructure equipment including racks, servers, hardware components, and networking devices, following specific instructions and well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
🔧

Performing routine operations

Learning to perform routine operations such as rack installations, server break/fix, and troubleshooting network links with guidance and support.

Inventory management tasks

Training in inventory management tasks including receiving equipment, decommissioning hardware, and performing storage media sanitization.

Key criteria

IT hardware knowledge

Experience with servers, networking devices, and hardware components.
