Lead and maintain a best-practice forecasting review process, combining system intelligence and sales input.

Coach, develop and support a high-performing team of Demand Planners and Analysts.

Driving continuous improvement

Drive continuous improvement, using metrics and analytics to enhance forecasting maturity.

3–5+ years in demand planning

Demonstrated experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP.
