You'll be responsible for

Contributing to operational leadership
Supporting high-quality legal services across the state with a focus on state-based practice in the Economic and Social Rights team.👩⚖️
Providing legal supervision
Mentoring and supervising ESR lawyers to ensure effective legal support and guidance.🤝
Collaborating with team members
Working closely with the Associate Director, Managing Lawyer, and other Deputy Managing Lawyers to enhance service delivery.What we're looking for

Current unrestricted Australian practising certificate
Valid certificate to practise in Victoria and federal courts.View

Experience with First Nations communities
Demonstrated understanding of cultural norms and communication styles.View
