Managing multi-disciplinary activities

Manage and coordinate all multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the technical team, including specialist inputs, to ensure an integrated technical solution.

Leading complex geometric design inputs

Lead complex geometric design inputs to projects working alongside senior design managers and project managers.

Developing client relationships

Develop and maintain key client relationships in Canberra and within ACT, engaging with senior members of client organisations to elevate the brand of Stantec.

Key criteria

Qualifications in drafting or engineering

Possession of relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in civil infrastructure.

Experience leading a drafting team

Demonstrated experience managing civil drafters and ensuring quality outputs.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and design tools

Extensive experience with AutoCAD and knowledge of Civil 3D or 12D.
