You'll be responsible for

Leading and overseeing operations
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of Workday integrations supporting Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Prism, including build/configuration, monitoring, SLAs/OLAs, incident, problem, and change management.š
Driving continuous improvement
Drive continuous improvement, set high standards for data quality and governance, and partner closely with platform teams and functional experts to deliver scalable, reliable systems.š ļø
Serving as primary contact for integration issues
Serve as the primary point of contact for integration issue resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancements, including intake, triage, ticket management, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.What we're looking for
