You'll be responsible for

Resolving integration issues
Resolve incoming integration issues by leveraging modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js).🏆
Owning support experience
Own the support experience for complex integration tickets, setting the quality bar and coaching the team on troubleshooting best practices.📚
Building knowledge bases
Build and maintain internal knowledge bases, troubleshooting runbooks, and documentation to enable the broader support team to resolve common integration issues independently.Key criteria

5+ years of technical experience
Experience in software engineering with enterprise customer support.View
