Creating and overseeing dilapidation and condition survey registers across alliance packages to ensure compliance and quality.

Coordinating approvals and delivery

Facilitating the approval process and ensuring the timely delivery of condition survey scopes.

Liaising with internal and external teams

Collaborating with internal community, stakeholder management, commercial, and construction teams, as well as external subcontractors.

Demonstrated experience managing dilapidation surveys in construction.
