Driving technical wins in pre-sales

Lead the Sales Engineering team to drive pipeline conversion through world-class demos, proofs of concept, and technical discovery.

Managing post-sales technical escalations

Lead the Solutions Consultants team as the technical escalation path for Customer Success Managers and drive technical cross-sell across the product suite.
