You'll be responsible for

Team leadership

Hiring, developing, and retaining a world-class team of Solutions Consultants while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
🤝

Strategic advisory

Acting as the executive technical sponsor for "must-win" enterprise deals and building relationships with customer CTOs and CIOs.
📈

Sales partnership

Partnering with Regional Sales Directors to align technical resources with territory goals and ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
