Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide strategic leadership across workforce capability, leadership, culture, and organisational development.

Designing organisation-wide strategies

Responsible for designing and delivering organisation-wide strategies, programs, and frameworks that strengthen workforce capability and support leadership effectiveness.

Enabling organisational change

Enable organisational change aligned to TAFE NSW priorities, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
